Loud Praise for Whispering Gallery

So I'm back from WonderCon and still catching up, so I don't have time to give a report. But the folks at CBR did a nice job with this article covering our panel. Though they misspelled Robby Musso in the Spotlight Cliffjumper announcement.

For some reason the cover of Transformers Best of UK: City of Fear #3 wasn't included in online solicits, and I couldn't bare to see Andrew Griffith's fine work not get more attention.

Return of the Don

I recently hinted at the return of one of the great TF artists on the IDW Forum, and posters were quick and accurate with their guess. The Don's back, baby!

Mr. Figueroa's return will be found in Movie Prequel: Defiance #3, due out in March. In the meantime, Defiance #1 hits stands January 21, brought to you by the creative team of Chris Mowry, Dan Khanna, Andrew Griffith and Josh Perez!

Good news for those looking to fill in some of the gaps in their TF collection! The trade paperbacks for Escalation and Stormbringer are returning to print the first week of January. For Stormbringer, it's the fourth time around. Gotta love the Don!

Blast from the Past

Due out Sept. 17 is the third volume of the Spotlight trade paperbacks, featuring Arcee, Blaster, Grimlock, Mirage, and Wheelie.

Many will be happy to learn that Grimlock will be recolored, and that a long-lost cover for that book will adorn this collection. Here's an early look:
